Hello everyone,
It's a pleasure to be part of the WEFC team and just few words from the welfare team.
We are always open to approach regarding matters involving the welfare and safeguarding of our young footballers.
We strive to ensure a positive environment for all our members to enjoy playing or watching football at WEFC.
As part of our role we work with Managers & Coaches to be the best role model for our young footballers and to help them be safe, have fun and improve their football, at their level.
We ensure all involved in coaching have in date DBS certificates, safeguarding with children & basic First Aid courses.
We also encourage all our coaches to improve their football knowledge through the official FA courses.
If you have any questions, concerns in anything you see / hear or have ideas to improve the club, please do get in touch.
